The band 13 Days would like your vote to help them take the stage at concert held by St. Louis radio's 105.7 The Point. This could very well be the chance for them to get their big break and all the help they can get would be greatly appreciated. They're as of now tied for first and it would be great to push them past the competition.

You can vote for 13 Days here:

You can vote once every 30 minutes if you like, all the help is greatly appreciated.

How do we know they are any better or worse than any of those other bands?

You can actually listen if you click the album pictures. All I can say is "meh"

Yeah, I agree. "Meh"s all around. I suppose, out of the group, 13 Days is the best.

Could they not find a creative band?

The first three sound like they could be the same band, and none of them go out of their way to separate themselves.

Apparently not. A lot of them sounded like they were trying to mimic some mainstream bands. I was frequently reminded of Incubus and Disturbed....

That is very true, but these guys weren't even creative by mainstream standards. But I get The Point here in Carbondale and those bands do really represent the majority of what that station plays.

Those bands weren't exactly the worst ones they could have found. I liked Panic Attack and Ultra Blue the most. The rest of them I could do without. I don't care for the type of music they were playing, so I might be biased. Take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Ultra Blue got my vote.

im praying that some really good scene will explode soon, and i'll enjoy it until its ruined by imitators and bandwagon fans. its about time for one, rock is really starting to get ridiculous.

Ultra Blue got my vote.

Panic Attack got mine. They seemed to be the least bland.
