Yes them angry little wimen now have a big bee in their little bonnets about Cheergirls. Heard on the radio this morning, its starting to gain momentum in America(where else  ) and will of course come here to Australia, as we all know anything the yanks do, we have to ape. In an age where women are viewed regularly in porn by both sexes in explicit detail, this has become the latest woman oppression outrage to be protested against, Er hello Femnazis, no one is forcing these girls to do it, and horrors, guess what they actually enjoy doing it!
So please keep out of our football grounds, and take your miserable little kill joy campaigns somewhere else.

Feminists was it?

One of the co-authors of the bill, Republican Corbin Van Arsdale, said many parents want restrictions because they go to games to see young men clashing on the pitch, not girls shaking their behinds on the sidelines.

"You've got children seeing things that their parents would rather them not see," AFP quoted Mr Van Arsdale as saying

Read Nadkors source. One of the co-authors of the Bill is a Republican. Then read your point. It's contradictory.

I think you use the word in a very bad way... But i'm not suprised by it.. I think that a lot of americans do actually...

Umm...feminism is about equalizing women to men.

Women's Rights is about equality between men and women. Feminism is "women are better than men so women should get everything good and the guys can take all the shit."

Did you actually bother to find out anything about this before posting? It's nothing to do with "femnazis" or "liberals" - it's so-called "family values" conservatives complaining.

So it's a puritanism which currently really only does exist in the US at the moment, not some creeping "liberal" movement that wants to take you out of your cosy misogynist rathole.

No way. Feminism is about taking the weaker side in a conflict and promote women rights in an otherwise patriarchal(don't know the spelling i english) structure...

Feminism = Women's Rights...

Legislators in the US state of Texas have voted to ban "sexually suggestive" cheerleading in schools.

The bill - which requires approval by the state Senate - would allow authorities to police routines deemed vulgar and force schools to stop them.

Texas is famous for its Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders, who perform in high boots and low-cut tops.

Some lawmakers have expressed outrage at similarly suggestive performances at local schools across the state

The first thing I noticed reading the article is that its aimed at schools, which I understand and support. What adult women do and how much of their own bodies the want to flash around is their own business but minors don't have the same privilages.

And to the person who shot off that bit about liberals. I am a liberal but that doesn't mean that just because its "feminist" I support it. I give conservatives credit for having a brain and making their own minds up about various issues, it would be nice if you could do the same for us leftists :).

Outlandish?? For you not to be aware of the incredible amount of damage done to children and the roles played in their upbringing by fathers, caused soley by the feminist movement, means your either foxing on this, naive or just plain stupid!
Anyway heres a good source, in it an artical written by a woman, who had first hand experience with the so called womens liberation movement,
How would you consider this biast?
Its presenting facts people dont want to achknowlege publically for fear of being slandered by the womens lobby.

Unfortunately yes, the pathetic quislings, men who enjoy seeing other men being oppressed by women, I read that their usually homosexual.

I am a homosexual, and I am liberal, and I am staunchly anti-feminism. I am a total supporter of equal rights, but women are not superior to men. I've been attacked by feminists before for being misogynistic because I couldn't handle my school's "female orgasm workshop", for which the school fund committee allocated nearly $3,000. Or the "**** arts and crafts". And I'm not making this up. These are the actual names of activities at my school. So they jumped to the defence of a girl who claimed to be raped when she wasn't, I pointed out their bullshit, and got all sorts of hate mail calling me a chauvenist and a racist and a bigot and whatnot. Feminism is over. And I am gay. And not all gays love feminists. Glad I cleared that up.

And it's "they're", not "their". Soon I'm going to post a thread about how to spell basic English.
