As I see it it would be a better choise for you to focus your attention on the war against Denmark. You fail to see the logic in making friends with your 'next door' nation Iceland. The North Island nations could be a powerfull ally against you enemy. Some sort of pact comes to mind.

did i mention that the ABC islands (aruba bonaire and curacao) are an adult paradise? curacao is where you can put all that pesky extra money you have lying around that you dont want anyone else to know about. aruba has legalized drugs, gambling and prostitution. all the beaches are clothing optional. and bonaire is where you can park your kids safely while you go enjoy the other 2....war would be so ... disruptive...of a good time.
