What do you mean, "fit the parameters"? Was the filesize too large?
If you have a particular image in mind, I'm sure myself or others could help downsize it so you could use it.

My flag's not too great. I'm going to design a better one though. That was just one to get me through until I could figure out something better.
By the way, if anyone can give me some good ideas for symbols of european royalty or european liberty, I'll love you like a two dollar whore :D
