Church: An unlucky ghost with a short fuse, possibly one of only two sane people in the entire series.
Tucker: A sarcastic slacker with an over-inflated view of his skill with women whose actions at his 'Private Rock' bring shame upon all of humanity.
Caboose: The Supidest Life Form in the Universe, he still somehow manages to have the highest kill count of the entire cast. Sadly, his one true love, Sheila the Tank, has left him for Lopez the Heavy.
Tex: The deadliest one on the show, a die-hard mercenary who will do anything for cash.
Sarge: A tough as nails, but completely insane, seargant of the Red Army. He can build a robot from scratch to fix the Warthog, but can't fix it himself. His love for Simmons is equalled only by his hatred for Grif.
Simmons: Possibly the only sane one in the series apart from Church, he's a human/robot cyborg with his lips firmly planted on Sarges backside.
Grif: A moron, plain and simple, the fact that he hasn't been Killed by Sarge is one of the great Unexplained Mysteries of the Universe.
Dnout: He means well, but his increasinly effeminate actions and his 'Light Red' armor only cause misfortune for all those around him.
Sheila the Tank: She's a tank, I think this is pretty self-explanatory.
Lopez the Heavy: He's a robot, he's Mexican, and he has a rather small switch. Throw in Overlord of a Robot Army and you've got one fascinating little mechanical dude.
Doc: A pacifist to an extreme extent, he lettered in track in high school because it was the least competitive sport he could find. He seems to prefer Aloe Vera to mainstream medical techniques, such as surgery, and has rudimentary psychology training.
O'Mally: Five minute ranting monologues, extreme close-ups of his face, and a plot to "Crush every living soul into dust!", when you get some hilarious Smeagel/Gollum conversations on top of that hilarity ensues.
