If you're refering to Swimmingpool's thread, since the first one of those done by him Political compass threads have gone from seemingly weekly to almost nil.

A political cactus. It wants to vote Lib Dem.
No. Swimmingpool has done a monumental amount of work to provide this indicator of political and social leanings. While involved in a discussion thread, I often refer to the political compass to get a general idea of other posters' political motivations. It's not 100% accurate, but it is a good indicator. However, I am sick of some trying to demean and minimalize the hard work of others.
No.
If you are, don't participate.

Yes! I mean ... it just doesn't do me justice. I'm damn near -10, -10 on the thing, but I find we need a new Teddy Roosevelt rather than a Ralph Nader.
It's just not a good indicator of who a person is politically.

I know I am.
It's really quite easy to not read it. I fail to see what the concern is.

Quite simply that it seems to be up on the board week after week with either the guy who is making the NS graph or the people asking about the seperate sections of it.
It doesn't need that amount of space - its not even that accurate at determining political alignment.

There haven't been any threads about it for ages and I haven't uploaded a new version of the chart since February. The demand was there.
I find it to be very accurate.
NBG... What the hell are you bitching about?
I'm sick of abortion and agnosticism/religion threads, but I'm not creating a post on it anytime soon.
Just do what I do, read something else.
