If this is limited to hard liquor, I would choose dark spiced rum.
If its not, I'd take ice cold beer.

I have rum and coke when I go down to the pub. At my local, it only costs £1.20 for a single shot of rum! My usual rum is Lambs Rum.

Stella? You digust me :p

Get some Newcastle Brown Ale down yer neck, or Guinness, or...most other beers. Apart from the fact that stella is lager, I'd recommend just about anything other than Skol, Carling or Budweiser (US). Please. Stop hurting your tastebuds :D

Is Lamb's Rum dark? I've never had it.
Have you tried Captain Morgan? Over ice with just lime, or with coke-its great?

Yeah, Sam Adams is one of the better large quantity beers in the US.

I'll always prefer smaller stuff though. Local microbrews, homebrews and the like.

Yeah, there is. They were waiting for someone to build a still so they could turn beer into something a little stronger.

Hmmm...well as much as I like my beer, if I were to stop spending money on other types of alcohol, my choice would definetly have to be wine. I mean, with the money I'm saving on beer and hard liquor, I can get some real tasty wines

A Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen (or two, or three, or more) is all that I'll ever need.

Not even if you paid me. Newcastle is on par with Natty Ice for having a piss-poor flavor and a dull cotton mouth inducing aftertaste. I'll stick w/ Killian's and Guinness.

When I lived in NY, there was a local liquor store that had a huge selection of micro-brews.
On a friday night on the way home, I used to try mixed six packs.
"Harpoon" and "Anchor Steam" were both good ones.
We also used to hit a microbrew-pub in New Paltz,NY-"The Guilded Otter"- they had six or so brews made on the premises and we'd get samplers-always a treat.

Yeah, but where I am, the only Guinness is Guinness extra cold. Anything with 'extra cold' strapped on the end tastes a little bit too much like antifreeze for me.

I chose the neutral spritits one. Vodka is my thing. However, I haven't drank enough to acquire the taste for beer yet, I think. I sort of liked Guinness...

I like a nice strong port, though that being the wine used at Communion at my Church, and the fact being that I am underage, I don't have much experience otherwise.

I've on occasion tried what my parents were having, i.e. a sip of champagne here and there, or a sip of pinot gregio (sp?). The Champagne was bearable, but anything else I've tried is

Tho out of the others i'd say beer, as long as it was my homebrew, none of this commercial brewery crap. The last batch i did was a nice dark malty beer, 30 pints of the stuff, working out at about 35p a pint. Lovely. :)
