Anyway, I used to play it, still occasionally log on if I can find a good reason to, like earning those rubber chickens last easter.

unfortunately noone except small american children exposed to a gun culture think what they see on TV etc. is acceptible in real life, no sane person would actually believe role playing games were real. I also find comments here to be contradictory "played this game?" "NO this is the must boring game ive ever played", now ok i m a stupid pedantic idiot whos replying to random people who probably dont want his opinion but i like runescape and am also a christian. In conclusion yes.

I've been on Runescape for years now. I don't play it much anymore, just to help friends mine or something. It does get really boring after 3-4 years.

Ah RS. Repetitive, addictive and cheap.
It used to have bright graphics and horrid lag. Instead it's just busy...insanely.
F2p is well, free-to-play, some quests, very few updates and about 1/4 of the map. Skills include mining, fishing, cooking, magic, smithing, crafting, woodcutting...etc.
P2P is $5 a month, lots of quests, expanding world, more skills like fletching and agility and more items in the old skills.
It also has a pvp area.
It also gets extremely tedious.
And full of people who shout 'noob!'
I've basically retired since last June, and never was a proper addict - hence my character sucks.
*shrugs* If you like rpgs and want a cheap one its ok. Rubies of Eventide is better if you're looking for a free game. Ashen Empires is a better p2p imo, but that's an opinion.

i've been playin rs since it started...past few days i've kinda gotten away from it though.

I knew RS was popular, but I never knew so many people new about it.

RS is one of the worst games ever. It's repetative and boring, and you can get a lot of better games than it. RS wants to be a real MMORPG. It is lacking in numerous areas though.

And yes I play. I am a member. Why? I don't know.

It's a great game. I'm working on the Holy Grail quest. It should bump me up to level 70, whereafter I will no longer be a N00b.

I play upon occaision, when I have time and not much else to do. 'Tis kind of a fun little game.

I believe I am lvl 59, but I haven't fought anything except a rock golem since RS2.
You know the sad thing? I'm a moderator for a RuneScape fansite. :rolleyes: Let's see..the owner's retired, two admin just do quests, one does rs fake pics and is doing a movie (if you've ever seen one's with a guy in full rune and a bear called Benny, they're his), another's fully retired...then there's me, retired, and a lvl 99 mod. Truly ironic.
