A category is at vote. Therefore any nominations will be frozen until the vote is over. Remind me to add your nominations after the vote!

EDIT: Frozen concept scrapped. Nominate on any quorum-unfulfilled category to your heart's content.

Just count all of my choices as a vote for that song/artist, OK?

Actually, I'll unfreeze nominations. Sorry, it wasn't the best thing to do. However, to keep forum clutter down and keep it realistic, voting will not start on all full categories immediately - it will go down the quorum-fulfilled categories from top to bottom.

Zotona, you can post your nominations, I've scrapped the freezing concept.

I'm doing every category anyway because this thread hasn't been around long enough to obtain a Quorum, whether you like it or not. Of the 5 choices in the Best Song category, they all pretty much suck compared to 1,000 I can name off the top of my head ... so there! [/rebel]

Too late.

Too late? Dude ... this thread has been up less than 90 minutes!

NS General is not as fast paced as you seem to think it is. Hell, you're alienating posters who live on other parts of the planet where it may be 4 in the morning and they're asleep.

Nominations for competitions around here should last no less than 72 hours.

I'll keep that in mind next time. I'll extend nomination limits to 10, bring in more categories (some decade-oriented categories will definately be on the way) and keep the polls open longer. I know, I have rushed this.

The next one will be called the RKNSM Awards II and will have more categories, higher quorum limits, longer poll times and possibly even a fanmade song contest (Write your own songs and vote on them!) I was just toying with the idea of a music ceremony this time, and I didn't really expect this kind of response.

I know... I'm not too happy with the best song category either... One of them was a fanmade song (apparently) and if I do this again I'll introduce a fan category.
