Heh, gmail accounts are so easy to get now. We get 50 invites at a time, and then they're replaced after a day or two. Insane.

edit: Gmail never was 20gb, it started out at one gig and is increasing everyday. Also, Gmail is better than hotmail in at least one area: ADS!

Is that open to anyone? I have no use for it, but hey, I want in on the (albeit old) action :p

You have to get an invite, but that's not tough: every gmail user has fifty of them to give and they get renewed up to fifty every couple weeks.

The format for composing and replying at gmail is a little different than the hotmail site. It takes getting used to be I like it. I also have 50 invites.

I remember the craze and it was funny. Now it's slowed down.

I also have plenty of invites. Gmail started with 1 GB and increased it to over 2 GB last April 1. The storage size is on a timer and gradually increases, or at least it is increasing right now; it is at about 2138 MB. Hotmail gives 250 MB, which is about 12% as much as Gmail.

If anybody needs an invite, TG me via NationStates or get ahold of me on instant messenger, I would be more than happy to give some away.

The 0 was a typo 2-GB was what it was meant to say.
It's been going up and down, very annoying.

Arr, I now have a gmail account! Yay!

I can always send an invite to Gmail at mailinator dot com.

It is an email service without passwords, that stays active for a few hours, and then it is removed.

Everyone can get to that service and read the email, so no one has to give an email address. Just say, I want, and when I see it, I will post a message that the invite is waiting at Mailinator...
