I thought it would be fun if NS'er posted pictures of their pets.
This is my cat, Tiger. I got him when a friend of mine's restaurant went bankrupt. Before that he was the restaurant's/kitchen cat. (I know, that's very illegal &c. but he did keep the mice down or something.)
Originally he was found as an abandoned kitten in Bryant square (allegedly), and the stupid restaurant manager thought he would be good at pest control.

I dont have any pictures in my computer to share, but my best friend is a 13 year old Golden Retriever mix, named Jose Cuervo.
Since the first day I brought him home, he has been my loyal companion and most trusted friend I believe I shall ever know.
I got him when I was eighteen, and went through some pretty turbulent times, and If I hadnt had at least one being to come home to, someone who was ALWAYS glad to see me, I might not have made it.
In many ways, I believe my dog saved my life.
I firmly believe the only form of unconditional love humans can find is in owning a dog.

Dogs are great. My mother breeds fox terriers. I don't have any photo's right now, but I will look round, and if I can be bothered, I will post some.
Saying that, my father doesn't believe in pedigree dogs. If only because he thinks that is a waste of time. His current dog is awesome.

I think Mutts are often better dogs.
They live longer, stay healthier, and are often much more even tempered.
Saying that, I will always have a soft spot for Golden Retreivers, and Labradors.

Are the eyes actually different colours in real life, as some cats' eyes are? - Is your cat, in fact, David Bowie?

Pets ...
People always say dogs, but they lie. Cows are man's best friend.

Also, it's essential to have a forever unnamed kitten.

It reminds me of the little dog we had at the hostel, always running about like made. It overdosed on prozac. Apparently someone had been feeding their medication ot the dog, explains why the dog was always agitated.
