Well a winamp file is well...a winamp file. The said song/movie will only play in winamp.

You can just go into windows media player, go to file, open find the file and play it.
Why you want to use that god awful media player is beyond me. Winamp is a better choice.

...it's a tad hard to help you then, as Winamp doesn't have a file format that I know of.
