I'm a knucklehead. I hurt myself at the gym and now I'll spend the next week in pain. I went heavy with arms this past Monday and apparently I aggravated the tendon in my elbow and didn't know about it until I tried doing heavy chest today.
My routine two hour workout turned into 45 minutes. Now I'm sitting here with what feels like tennis elbow on one arm and a messed up wrist on the other.

My hip acts up from time to time, and sometimes my ankle gives out easily(old injuries).

Ooh, I get back stiffness toooo, but I love that feeling.
Must be because it straightens me out when I walk.

I had what sounds like the exact same injury about two years ago. Good news! It doesn't go away!

Regular headachs, to the point I can generally walk along with my head feeling like a drum.
Twisted ankle two months ago. Pretty bad case of it too. Didnt go to the doctor, and now, two months later i`m still limping from it.

it's not an injury, as such, but it's a genetic weakening of the cartlidge in my knee which causes the bones to scrape together... it's not that bad, it comes and goes every six months or so. But it can be very sore, and is just plain inconvenient.
I benched about 260 and now my arms are hurting real bad.

I have constant knee problems. I power through them though. Getting an MRI scan courtesy of the tax payer was fun.

I screwed my left shoulder up when I played football in HS, it still bugs me if i lift too much weights in one sitting.
Also i've broken my nose at least once, broke the 4th metacarpal of my right hand and dislocated the knucle, and broke the little toe on my right foot, which i now can't move.
Hmm.
Some damage done to the left shoulder back when I used to do karate. It won't heal. I can't lean on my left arm without causing pain. Most noticable when lying down trying to read something.
Indenture in my skull above and along my right eyebrow ridge from colliding with someone while playing sport about 3 years ago (I learned my lesson. Sports are bad.). It's not outwardly visible, but there's some nerve damage, it tingles when I touch it.
My neck gives me the shits sometimes, but that could be related to the shoulder. The back plays up too, but that's because I have bad posture, etc.
My knees are screwed. I have a defect in my hips that when i'm standing up, causes my feet to be rotated outwardly at a 30 degree angle. Most people's feet face forwards. The advantage is that it makes my legs more flexible. I could be a yoga master :p The disadvantage is that it puts more pressure on my knees, and they're slowly getting more screwed up.
The knuckles in my left hand hurt in an odd way sometimes, particularly when typing. I thought it might be CTS, but apparently not.
Some moderate scarring on my back from...I have no idea, actually.
Whee! And i'm only 18. In 10 years, it's gonna be *really* fun.

I have a tendancy of going all out on PT competitions. Like I did yesterday. I'm far too competitve, to the point where I put way too much into stupid stuff. Yesterday, I represented my flight in the 300m sprint, 50m lowcrawl, 50m lowcrawl on my back, 50m crab walk, 50m bear run, and assisted with group lunges. I took a wingman with me to get some water, and once I was out of sight of everyone I pretty much collapsed, and could barely move today. Gimme some mo'. :D
