Heinous allegations have been lodged against me.

I have been recently called a "racist" and a "bigot."

I call to my defense and my prosecution my peers, NS generalites with too much free time and a legalistic bent.

Research the case, impanel a jury and we shall see if there is indeed evidence to be had that I am a "racist" and "bigot."

If a credible and unbiased jury, upon consideration of evidence indeed determines that I am a "racist" and a "bigot" then I offer my oath to appologize and submit to the sentance of a competent, credible and unbiased judge.

If i am exonerated, as I am faithful and confident that I shall be, I ask only that the matter be dropped permanently, consigned in perpetuity to the trash-heap of slander.

I've been accused of being an anti-white bigot and racist, which is silly.

As we're not operating under english common law, I am not at liberty to disclose that, nor to interrogate my accuser, not to have my accuser called as a witness against me, nor therefore to cross examine the accuser.

Which said, the accuser and circumstances are unimportant and not relevant to the matter at hand.

I would like to divorce this issue from *any other issue* and take it on its own merits.

For this tribunal to operate, it must work soley on the basis of prior threads.

I am certain that if I am indeed a racist and a bigot, there will be a great preponderance of evidence to establish the fact without a reasonable doubt.

I am not at liberty to research in my own defense, nor indeed to argue my own case.

But, really, we've got so many racists that you, who can at least seem like a reasonable, sane human being and fxn as such in the context of a conversation, are harmless as to people.

Therefore, to give you any trouble would vilate the base purpose of law- the prevent unecessary harm between individuals- as you have, at most, displayed racially blind statements, rather than racial assimilationist ones.

What I meant is I wanted to know the basis for this accusation -- I'd like to see the idictment, i.e. the accusation and the context in which it arose.


I suppose such information could be passed along under strict rules of privacy, not under any circumstances to be made public.

Again, I seek only a jury to establish truth to the accusation, in fact, whether or not such an accusation was actually lodged is completely trivial to the question.

I don't know what law we are following, and I don't think anybody has the patience for a propper discovery phase of your proposed trial. Racism isn't a crime anyway. In USA you can't the state can't single out those with disfavored political beliefs for punishment anyway (R.A.V. vs. City of St. Paul) Why don't you just challenge Klonor to a fucking duel at dawn with sabres then?

But to have a trial, you need someone that is willing to prosecute. Does your accuser have someone?

I would be willing to serve in any number of capacities for this trial.

Among such roles, I would be willing to defend you.

This format is a bit unusual, but I have been a public defender before and accepted the representation of many defendants without knowing what they were accused of or why.

I will take no offense, of course, if you do not choose me do defend you.

I will note that I also offer my services to the prosecution.

I obviously can and will only do one or the other. Or some other function -- or none at all.


As it is necessary that this be completely seperate from any specific accusations, my hope is that somone will take up, of his or her own accord, the onus of prosecution and someone else defense, i'd welcome your capable hand in either role.

Simply write the incident off.

If it was possible, deleting your posts/this thread would be wise.
