Kung Fu Hustle (or Gong Fu) is opening in all American theatres tommorow! Yes! That crazy monkey Stephen Chow, the man behind Shaolin Soccer, has brought us another over-the-top film!
Who here plans to see this movie?
Already saw it. My friend stole it off the Internet (I don't approve, but what the hell) and watched it in japanese with subtitles.
Damn good movie. And one more thing.
The music is damn awsome. And that has a double meaning. just watch and wait.

So true. Kung fu is satanic. They train their bodies in unholy fashion. Plus everybody knows Jesus is more powerful than Buddha. Buddha's palm is just a pussy compared to the Jesus tongue. Sharper than a double edge sword!

Well... yes. But that's what makes them good. Who wants to know about a beaten up hippy?
Anyway, I'm planning to go see the movie. I just came from "Old Boy" which doesn't have that much fighting but is an awesome movie of revenge. With possibly the best villain ever.
back to the topic.
Have the Video CD import... it was a great movie. not on par with Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon but just as entertaining...
Prepare to laugh at the Knife throwing scene ;)
and that is all I'll say about the movie.
