at the moment in my pyjamas but I'll prob start getting changed soon, I tend to spread that out over a few hours so sometimes no-clothes, sometimes underwear, sometimes fully dresses, it varied

Ah, I see. For me, it's just out with it right then and there --- Either boxers and a shirt, or nothing at all. I make the decision, and the decision stands. Or something like that.
