Albiniblacksheep and newgrounds definitely aren't allowed. I'm not sure about some of the other links, too.

EDIT- I think a topic listing "banned" websites should be stickied so that people don't unwittingly get themselves in trouble. With no documentation of what websites are taboo easily visible, it's a bit unfair.

Generally you can see for yourself whether a site has inappropriate content or not. For example, newgrounds has popups advertising porn and an 'adult' section.
