Please provide the link between that article and the poster MKULTRA.

Otherwise, that's an ad-hominem.

I had interpreted it as a joke, not a serious suggestion that MKULTRA was the person in the article.
Of course, I usually have no idea what's going on, so I might be wrong.

I get it's a joke but I want to point out that using a title like that is flame-baiting, an ad-hominem attack and poor taste.

There's absolutely no reason to bring MKULTRA in this.

Ah, I misunderstood your previous comment then.
I had thought you meant that you thought Whispering Legs seriously thought MKULTRA was the guy captured.

Sorry about that.

ad hom·i·nem

Appealing to personal considerations rather than to logic or reason: Debaters should avoid ad hominem arguments that question their opponents' motives.

Usage Note: ... Ad hominem has also recently acquired a use as a noun denoting personal attacks, as in ?Notwithstanding all the ad hominem, Gingrich insists that he and Panetta can work together? (Washington Post). This usage may raise some eyebrows, though it appears to be gaining ground in journalistic style

It's nowhere near ad hominem. Depending on how the person in question [in this case MKULTRA] might react, something like this could be justified as baiting, but I wouldn't do anything about it were it proven that something like this could be taken in good fun.
