LMAO! That's exactly what we do. I only get out of my seat to get lunch or go to the bathroom.

Sometimes I'll get so bored that I'll walk up to the persons desk.

Half of the problems are solved by me just logging into their computers and then the person says "Well it wasn't working before I called."
