I really liked their first album, and actually I own it, but other than that, their music has been far from impressive. Although I don't know if they're gay. Isn't the lead singer or the drummer or one of them married to a porn star?

Well, if we were trolling and flaming, we could use "Dutch" as custom.

I won't go further, because I don't want to flame. But you can Google for examples of this (there seem to be a lot).

For the most part, you're correct. Korn is not metal. It's a strange fusion of "metal" elements, some form of rap/hip-hop, industrial, and an incredibly annoying lead singer.

That is not to say that they suck. However, their recent offerings have been very unimpressive. They have the same annoying, off-beat lyrics and rhythms in every CD, and it tends to get on peoples' nerves. Every time they try to do something new, it also pisses people off. :p

Their first album was really cool, their second pretty good, everything else meh.

But i'd like to know, who made you the authority on what is and is not metal?

'Helmet in the Bush' is a good Song. So is 'Faggot'. I just don't like John Davis so much. But David, the drummer, is an awesome cat. He was only 16 or 17 when Korn signed their first record deal.

I've seen them live twice, and they rocked my face. Great stage presense. But, would I buy one of their albums? Definately not.

And, you're right Pantera does pwn you all. FUCKIN' RIGHT.
