Do not seek the approval of faceless names on a forum.
Just keep posting what you feel, and some will like you and others wont.

You won't get more popular by whining that you're not.

1. Don't complain about not being liked - get's ya no where

2. Throw in interesting points, get involved in discussions and have a laugh

3. If you are going to start a debate, pick a topic people can get some info on - no one will join in if they don't understand

4. Be careful of the termonology you use and the jokes you make - people are generally easy to offend.

While I love offering my opinion and contributing to someone's peer referencing, I am only human. I don't know you, and the people in this world that I would happily fail to brake for can be counted on one hand. You are not on my hand. I am optimistic that if I did bother to know you well, I would like you, but if I didn't like you, I'd respect you enough to treat you with the courtesy that you deserve as a person.

Do you really think no-one likes you? Or do you mistaken people's natural indifference to everything outside of their immediate attention span as an intentional rejection? It isn't. People are just glorified foldgish sometimes.

I suspect that maybe you're feeling like your internal worth needs a bit of nurturing. That you need some validation from the world around you to reinforce your belief that you're a strong and respectable person. Trouble is, I don't think any amount of external validation is really going to make it clear to you that you're worthy. It's something that you have to realise on your own, like one of those lightbulb moments where something suddenly makes total sense to you. Until then, you'll be desperately starving for external validation, because that need to know that you're strong enough is so overwhelming. A forum search for your name picked up a few gems like:

"How come no one likes me?"
"Please cheer me up"
"Help me with my album..."
"What do people think of me?"
"Questions for me?"
"Critique my poems"
"Pick my new look."

I love a good public request for validation, and I try to offer positive, honest responses when I feel I can. Reading over those titles, albeit decontextulised, paints you as needy. And there's not many things as covertly unattractive as neediness, because us glorified foldgish really aren't good at constantly filling this need with positive reinforcement. It gets exhausting.

I think that your perception of people not liking you is inaccurate. I don't recall reading a post where someone has dissed you. But if you make this perception your world view, and carry this anxiety with you, then I think it's a first class ticket to "no-one likes me." Self esteem is knowing that even when a whole bunch of people don't like you, you like yourself enough to take care of yourself. Even if you don't believe you're worth it right now, a part of you does, because you're still breathing. Trust that part of yourself.

Don't mind me, just adding random spam and monkeywrenches...

When you start coming to the Kazoo more, you will be an instant rock stae/badass/sex kitten and all your probs will be over.

Don't post sad posts like "Why don't you like me?" People don't really want to read them. Be more optimistic. Act like you're the most popular person on the internet, and you might actually convince people that it's true, too.

I don't know you, so I can't really dislike you. Considering that I'm a Moderator on this site, my not disliking you is a good thing. If I were you, I would take the fact that I don't dislike me and count my blessings. So, since I don't dislike me, you shouldn't dislike you and you should stop worrying about people not liking you.
