You have beautiful hair and I need a new shampoo. I use herbal essences ugh! Does anyone else have suggestions? My hair is really long so it needs a lot of conditioner and it's curly, too, so it's a bit frizzy right now since it's becoming so humid. :mad:

Aussie Three Minute Miracle.

Its conditioner.

I have hair much like yours, and it even makes mine soft and non crappy looking.

Chop about half of it off. Trust me, it does miracles. My hair went from partial-afro to straight and shiny.

3 minute miracle is good - i used to use it too. a lot of the aussie shampoos/conditioners are really good, but through trial and error i found that pantene pro V is by far the best. just make sure you get 'smooth & sleek' cos it moisturises your hair (the others leave mine pretty dry).

you're right, you shouldn't, it gets rid of all the natural oils in your hair but oh well.

gah, don't worry about it. David will just have to live with it - its done now so don't sweat it :)

Bah.... You all know too much. Mine is just evil and dry and all brittle and that's about it. So I wouldn't take my advice on it, which I won't give.

Well, having two feet of naturally curly hair that will frizz up if I even look at it wrong, I say Redken products have proven to be a winner. Biolage isnt bad either. Always always use a shampoo plus conditioner first, then a super hydrating conditioner and then a spray on leave in conditioner. Catwalk has a wonderful leave in conditioner spray-it comes in a blue bottle. It makes my curls soft and bouncy. God I sound like a commercial. :rolleyes:

Do not forget to use an anti frizz serum that contains silicone. The whole daily regimen makes me want to shave my head.
