I would have to say that the Tyranny of the One is by far the best. At least in a Tyranny of the One, it is more accountable (via popular uprising); citizens can attribute the country's ills to one man rather than a whitewash oligarchy....
The one where my master straps me to a crucifix and... oops, not that kind of tyranny, eh?
