Haha. I love propaganda that's lost most of its moorings in reality. Reading that reminded me of "Reefer Madness" or the ghetto scenes from "Triumph des Willens." Post more of this stuff as you find it, that's a classic! :p

Its just Propaganda. Silly a times, but my gods, does it bring up some old points. I had forgotten about these regulations.
The Burger flippers: Now Burger joints qualify as Manufacturing jobs. This brand new classification was used in the presidential election to bolster the job-growth numbers. I had forgotten about that.
Overtime pay: Another recent rule added to the workplace is the redefinition of "Managers". Now anyone who at any time is placed in charge of another worker can qualify as a "manager." The only difference between these managers and regular employees is that managers don't recieve overtime pay. Millions of workers now work for free.
Combine those with the new Bankruptcy legislation (Which I have never heard once defended, just pushed through as quietly as possible), and you have a real regession in "workers rights" during the last 5 years.
The article itself is trash and I spit on it. But it reminded me of some actual issues worth considering.
