Well, aren't you a mature leader? I believe you're correct with the same ratings every week and it does tend to get annoying. I, however, don't pay too much attention to what the UN says, mainly because I believe the UN is overrated. Other than that, I have nothing to say.

Well, ratings don't matter. It's more of who's the youngest, who's the oldest.

It's completely random. You might get the same rating category twice in one week and then not again for a couple months. Try not to get too worked up about it.
