Hey PT, that video xlrintro-2.mov is pretty cool (QT6 using to play).
My converter changed it to AVI, but I found out your problem.

It's using the Sorenson 3 video codec and MP-4 audio codec.

WMP does not like the Sorenson 3 video codec so I don't know if my AVI is working or not. Without video, all I get is a hiss. I might need to find a new one!
