You're actually calling a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, the person to whom we owe a large part of gratitude for the peaceful resolution of the cold war, in a puerile attempt at a jeu-de-mots "Garbageoff"?

What is deceptive? He was an economic reformer and talks about improving the Russian economy. He criticizes the Iraq war because he worked to reduce the risk of MAD and conventional war. I respect him for helping end the Cold War.
