I hope you didnt lose as many as I did when I watched Napoleon Dynamite.
Don't worry, they'll grow back in a ---*covers mic with hand for a moment, hushed voices*---Oh, I'm sorry...I've just been informed that brain cells do NOT in fact regenerate. Sorry there.
I hope you didnt lose as many as I did when I watched Napoleon Dynamite.
I can't decide whether to watch that movie...some people just rave about it, and others rave against it...WHO SHOULD I LISTEN TO!!!??

Napoleon Dynamite? It's horrible. They make the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay watch it prior to interrogation.
I lost some brain cells as well, but it sure as hell wasn't from watching a movie :D

Interesting... I often find watching bad entertainment and then bitching about how terrible it was afterwards makes me feel a lot smarter - elitism is fun.
And btw, Napolean Dynamite is a frelling fantastic movie :p
I haven't watched Napoleon Dynamite entirely, but from what I saw was odd.

The only reason I watched Van Helsing was because of Kate Beckinsale.

Napolean Dynamite is funny in a very stupid and silly way. You kind of have to be in the right mood. Personally, I really liked it.

Yes- ND manages to combine painful sttupidity with humour in a way that leaves you either laughing or constantly asking over and over again, WTF?

Van Helsing is down with League of Extraordinary Gentlemen for "Worst movie made out of a intriguing original source" and i havent decided which is more worth of my contempt.
The only reason I watched Van Helsing was because of Kate Beckinsale.
That was definitely a bonus, but her acting was... Terrible. I don't know what the hell they were thinking when they made this movie.
I'll remember not to let my dad pick out any more movies.

It's a high quality B-Movie. They're to be enjoyed without being taken seriously.
And hey, at least the girl DIED.

I know i've watched van helsing, and i know i kept yelling things out like "no! why did they put that it the film?!" and abusing the writers and director, but i can't for the life of me remember why. I think it was abuse of folklore, lack of continutiy, plain ridiculousness or all of the above.

I thought League of Extraordinary Gentlemen was worse, but maybe that's just because I had to see it in theaters. Van Helsing was pretty awful though.

Van Helsing sucked royal ass
As for Napoleon Dyamite, the only part I found funny was when the farmer shot the cow in front of 1st graders. Other than that I not only wasted electricity but lost lots of precious brain cells.

I had the latter of the two, personally I think if we capture any terrorists, we should not shoot them or torture them, but instead make them star in crappy Hollywood movies and make them watch them over and over again...
That is the true meaning of torture
