there is a thread on here already about the situation, and the writer didnt research it well enough for me. well, here is a a cut and paste , from a respected man in the circles of national socialism, and what he says about mr. hale. i cannot link the site- copyright issues, maybe.
it is listed in the "most notorious " violators of national socialism standards section:
Hale, an unemployed former student, had begun using the name of a Russian atheist, who had committed suicide and had a multi-million-dollar judgment against him for murder. Nationalists had advised Hale to follow the law, early on, but he refused, calling them "psychos," and was arrested. Hale was, then, denied a law-license for bad moral character. When his associate, Benjamin Smith, went on a mass-murder spree, Hale issued a T-shirt honoring him. He operated a "white-supremacy" website illegally using a trademarked name and refused a court-order to stop. He advised this viewers that he could "no longer recommend legality" and issued a "declaration of war" against the federal judge who had ruled against him.
Jailed
Hale was convicted of obstruction of justice and conspiracy to murder a federal judge. He had sent an e-mail to an undercover FBI-agent seeking the home address of the judge. Then, in a recorded phone conversation, Hale asked the agent about the address and was told, "I'm working on it. When we get it, we can exterminate the rat." "Good," Hale replied. "Whatever you want to do, basically." Hale, also, told an undercover informant, "You know my position has always been that I'm going to fight within the law, but that information has been provided. If you wish to do anything yourself you can."
you dont have to look far. and by the way, this is not a thread to attack my political beliefs. apparently they are starting to show, as much as i attempt NOT to discuss them, according to the hate mail i am getting lately.
