You do realize BMI cannot be formed via simple calculations such as those, right?
BMI requires MANY more measurements than simply weight and height. I can tell you for a fact that there is no way my BMI is 22. Last time I had it professionally measured (which wasnt long ago), my BMI was approx 10.

I was, at one time, in school to be a physical trainer. BMI is actually an index taken through measurements of the thickness of bodyfat at various locations of the body, most notably the buttocks, thighs, hips, triceps. There's another measurement or two somewhere that I forgot, neck maybe.
Anyway, BMI is actually an indicator of how muscular / fat you are. I could weigh 200 lbs at 5'6", which your calculator would say is a high BMI (32.3), when in fact, it could be a very low BMI (closer to 3-4) because muscular bodies have a lower BMI than obese bodies.
At one time, I had a BMI of 3-4. In fact, it was so low, the charts provided didnt go low enough. Of course, that was when I wrestled and was lifting weights / working out every day.

BMI is a spurious indicator of your physical condition. It disregards completely factors such as build and muscle to fat ratios.
I am now, by BMI overweight, and I confess to being somewhat so at the moment, however I weighed more than I do now when I was 22, but I had a body fat percentage of less than 4%. I was in great shape, just heavy as I have big bones, a big frame, and at the time a lot of muscle on that frame. I put the figures for those days in to the calculator and came out as "obese"! With less than 4% fat, I was obese?
Don't take your results too seriously. BMI is not considered to be of any real value by itself by the medical profession.

BMI - 22.4 (H=183cm, M=75Kg)
BFI - 14.7 (W=32, Age=24, Male *I think*)
Your body fat percentage is approximately 14.7 percent — enough fat to give your body insulation and protection, but not enough to compromise your health.
The healthy body fat range for men is between 12 and 19 percent. As this calculation is an estimate of your fat mass, we've allowed some leeway in the upper end of the range. If you're at the high end of healthy, be sure to check your Body Mass Index and Health Risk Assessment. If they're also high, you may need to build more lean body mass (a.k.a muscles).
Right down the middle on both counts - could stand to lose a few pounds more. I've lost a little the last couple months, though mostly due to stress and sheer fatigue. Snowboarding is over now too, and that won't help, but generally I lose more weight in the summer wakeboarding, it's a little more of a workout - so I have that to look forward to. :)
I think they must be at least decent numbers though - and I do have fairly good muscle mass, even though that nasty bit of pudge is showing up around my waist now... damnit. I really do need to adress that! How the heck do you do it though? The rest of me looks great - - and then theres this unsightly little bulge just above the belt line... help me you fitness doctors you! :)

my bmi is somewhere around 24-25 (depending on my weight at any given moment), which puts me at the high end of the normal range. but my bfp is at 12.6 or so - which is towards the low end of healthy normalicy. hooray for lean body mass.

Wide push-ups help your chest. I do 25 of them a day, and I'm already looking better after just two weeks worth (I haven't been able to do any lately due to my injury, though).
Crunches and sit-ups will kill that stomach and waist fat. You should probably use a crunch machine like the ones they advertise, that is, if you want to spend some money to look that much better.

My own, self-proclaimed fitness guru friend claims that the undue amount of stress for me lately may be more of a culprit than anything else. As to the merrits of that comment, I'm a little wary - how can stress cause localized weight gains? Oh well, either way - I'll be working on it! :)

My big problem is my diet. Four years of football taught me how to train well enough, but during football season I would use so many calories practicing and playing that I would have to eat a ton of food to keep my weight. It lead to a diet of eating a lot a lot of the time. Now, four years later, I still have the diet and appetite I did while playing football, but my workouts aren't nearly as intense as football ever was.

*marches down to McDonalds and goes to Blockbuster to pick up Grid Iron*
Mine is about 30, and according to the caclulators I should weigh a minimum of fifty pounds less than I currently do. YEt my body fat percentage is within normal limits. (Or was last I had it checked) I will admit to having about 10 pounds I am unhappy with, and wouldn't mind losing 20, but anything more than that and I look gaunt and sick (while still being classified as overwieght or obese). These things fail to take into account, frame, or muscle mass. Least I have weighed in the last 4 years- 194, and I looked ill. What I would choose to wiegh- 205-215, more if lifting everyday andbuiling muscle.
And I always thought I was overweight!

Of course, I think I may be a bit off on my weight(last time I checked it was about 5 months ago), but I am deffinetly not over 150. So I am average.
Of course, I have no muscles of which to speak...so that weight prolly comes from something else.

Why did you stop playing football? I think my sports are my saving grace, if it wasnt for snowboarding in the winter and wakeboarding in the summer I'm not sure how I'd look... though a high metabolism and relatively good eating habbits help me to be sure. The buffer seasons are bad for me though (spring and autumn). Snowboarding, for instance, is done now for the year - and it will be at least two more months before the interior high-elevation lakes we ride on will be warm enough to drop a boat into.
Have you stopped playing entirely? Why not join a weekenders league, tons of fun, no worries about performance - plus the benefit of meeting people as well as the obvious workout! :)

I graduated high school is why I stopped playing football. I played in a weekenders league, but that was just for fun, so there was no drive to push myself to the nth degree like I did when we were competing legitimately in high school. I would have to get back into competitive football to regain the discipline.

Oops, I didn't do my BFP.
The website says:
Your body fat percentage is 11.7 percent or less. (Probably less, since this calculation tends to overestimate the fat percentage of very lean people). This means that you aren't carrying enough fat to give your body the insulation and protection it needs.
With a BMI of 16.2, so I'm a little skinny, heh. Oh well....

But ten years ago I was at 17. I was a little too skinny I guess.
20.5
but also remember that this measure doesnt take into account muscle mass (muscle weighs more than fat, and is healthy to have) or body structure (some people have large frames, such as my roommates dad, who looks like a cross between the brauny paper towel guy and a viking)

I don't know my BMI nor is it likely that I'll ever know it, given that I don't own a scale and don't give a damn about my weight.
That said, I've been bled to believe that the BMI is wildly inaccurate, since our weight is affected by bone density, muscle mass, etc. and isn't a good measure of healthiness and/or fattiness.
