This morning I got two database errors, and it seems to be lagging like hell. Anyone else experiencing problems?

By the time this frickin' post goes through to say a big, "YES", this thread will probably be six pages long.

It's so slow it hurts...but for some reason I keep trying... :headbang:

Is NS general really slow today?
Everytime I go into new thread it takes very long to load
the page :(
I get this almost everyday, but only for a little time
(once or twice going into new thread). Now it's slow all the
time? Has enyone experienced similar?
Does somebody have an answer?

i get at least 2 or 3 ten minute periods when i get constant database errors every day - its so annyoing! its like loosing your voice midway through a converstation!

Two database errors here too, and it periodically gets extremely slow. I don't think it's much worse than usual however, since over one hour without an extreme slowdown is very unusual.

At least it's not as bad as the old servers.

My record was a septuple post. If I break that record now, I'll admit that the servers are acting worse than the old ones used to. But only if that happens.

And anyone that wasn't around for the old forums that I catch complaining about these forums going slowly is going to get monkey poo hurled at them, because they don't know how good we've got it now. :)

Yes, and I'm getting rather ticked about it! I get sent to the "No thread specified" page on a regular basis, not just today, and the "Database error" and "404 Error" pages seem to be among the most popular destinations on Jolt these days as well. Grrrrrr!

Yep - it's horrible today. It's a good thing I'm posting from work - at home on my ultra-slow dial-up connection, this would be literally impossible.
