Wow. I had no idea one single movie could suck so bad. I didn't laugh once during the whole movie, and I'm told it was a comedy.

It seems to be a movie you either love or hate. I happen to be on the love side but to each his own. I like it because it reminds me of a more socially inept version of my friends. I also have the love of dance in me like Napoleon. He's better than me though.

The first time I watched it I laughed once, when the cow was shot.
The second time I didn't actually watch it, it was at a party, and all my friends were watching it. I meanwhile had fell from the ceiling about six feet onto my back and lay motionless on the ground in the room next to them. I could hear it, but I couldn't see it. That was quite the torture. (No I wasn't paralyzed, just in pain)

So in the long run, I despise that movie.

I didn't like it .. it wasn't funny.

The only bit I laughed at, was when his uncle threw that steak at him ..

I watched it pretty stoned, and I only really laughed at the part when his uncle tells him he could throw a football over some mountains.

Actually, I laughed a lot because Napoleon is basically every guy I hung out with in High School.

I thought it was a waste of time and overrated. I like the idea of it, but the end product was void of anything I could find redeeming (as far as the film-making, acting, plot). There are several statements (positive I might add) that I think the film tries to make, but the movie itself was too flat for me to ever consider watching again.

The llama was the only thing worth watching. It appeared to be the most intelligent thing involved with the film.

It was funny to me. But I guess humor doesn't translate to everyone. Kinda like the Three Stooges, you either love or hate them.

i havent seen all of it mind you....
but i laughed at the part where the guy shoots a cow in the head as a school bus full of kids drives by....but then again im realy messed up :P

I watched it once while visiting friends at uni. Unfortunately we didn't start watching til 4 am, and i was rather drunk at the time. I suspect that plot-wise not a lot happened, but i was left with a lot of quotes that we kept saying to each other for the next month or so.

"I dunno what to get here, i don't even know if she likes fish."

"Here, i caught you this delicious bass."

"You think someone wants a roundhouse kick to the head when i'm wearing these bad boys?"

"Your stuff's in my locker. You might wanna take it out, coz there's no room for my numchucks."

"Vote for me, and your wildest dreams will come true."

I really need to watch it again when i'm awake and sober and see if i still like it.

EDIT: It's not a hostile question. I am originally from Idaho. That was part of the reason I saw the movie. Didn't help it, IMAO.

I didn't like it. It wasn't the worst movie ever, but it was boring enough wehere i didn't watch it all.

What's really annoying about it is that when it came out, someone found out that I could change my voice so it was almost exactly like Napoleon so I had nearly daily requests to say construed quotes about a llama and ham, basses, and being pretty good with bo staffs.

A friend of mine said 'youve gotta rent it Kel...its HILARIOUS".....so I got it last weekend.....and now I have to go kill that friend.

I thought the movie was hilarious.

It's definitely not one you see for the plot, but more for the quirky characters. They're so..."interesting" that you just have to laugh.

I can't even explain what makes me go into giggles every time I see the movie.

If I can't get through a movie that short in one sitting without taking a break to do something productive, well... :headbang:

I reserve my personal Worst Movie of All Time title for "The Perfect Storm", but this one comes darned close.

It was terrible, I laughed a few times, but was glad I wasn't the one who paid to rent it.

I loved it, but only because Napolean, and a few other characters, reminded me of people I knew in real life. It really helps when you're watching something like that to be able to point at someone onscreen and say "I KNOW him!".

Although, the constant quoting that came afterwards (I watched it with friends) really turned me off of it for a while. But small bits and pieces came back to me until I had to see it again. :D

this movie is a feel good movie, problem is every moment leading to the feel good ending is a ball crushing experiance
