I'm fed up of the Lib Dems, I should have pt Robert kilroy-Silk in there, that would have been interesting, but thats why I didn't put kennedy in there, because he has no chance of winning the election

I have to say Blair as I am a supporter of the Labour Party. However I believe he should resign over the war in Iraq.
Also Howard would be a very scary person to meet alone on a train.

No no no no no - the Tories have every chance of winning.

Many Labour supporters are fed up (quite reasonably, I feel) with Tony Blair, but when they decide that means they're not going to vote Labour (not reasonable at all) it gives the Conservatives a real chance at winning.

The political reality of the situation is that the British people have a choice between Tony Blair as Prime Minister or Michael Howard, the man who brought us the poll tax, 3 million unemployed, cuts in police numbers, etc.

The problem is the tories arn't electable, giving blair a free hand to do whatever he wants because people don't want their taxes raised so they won't vote Lib Dem, they won't vot for Con for the reasons you mentioned so Labour is the only other option, it stinks and you might aswell call it elective dictatorship

There are a lot of bitter, right-wing people out there who are still motivated by an arrogant belief that the Conservative party is the natural party of government in this country. They will do anything to get Labour out of power; hence why they are appealing to peoples' greed (promising to cut public investment and lower taxes), peoples' fears (using scary anecdotes about crime when crime is actually falling), and peoples' hatreds (immigrants and gypsies).

I don't think many people here understand just how drastic the consequences would be for this country if the Tories return to power with their unreformed Thatcherite ideas.

I'm an American who has never even heard of Michael Howard. So I voted Tony Blair. He seemed decent enough, when he expressed doubt over the Iraq war.

I'm an American and I demand the right to meddle in your election. Please tell me which parts of Great Britain are likely to vote conservative so I can randomly target potential voters with letters urging them to vote for Labour.

used to be but not any more, the whole of British Politics is right of centre, the only major "left" party would be the Liberal Democrats

Hrrrhhh??
Would that be "Teddy Kennedy" right, or "Chuck Schumer" right? everything we see on this end says the only people Britain is to the right of are the Continental europeans and maybe the former soviet bloc's more left-leaning members-which really raises an interesting question about what you consider 'centre' or 'left' leaning.

Oh...and Howard, because Blair wasn't just Bush's yes-man, he was Bill Clinton's as well...

Lib Dems want to scrap the New Deal for jobs, voted against the introduction of a minimum wage, are too scared to ban foxhunting, and up and down the country share power in council coalitions with the Tories. They are not, repeat NOT, left wing.

Charles Kennedy!

Tony Blair is too right wing, he's involved private money in more areas of the private sector than Thatcher. His Home Secretaries are almost as bad for Human Rights abuses as Michael Howard was when he was Home Secretary (worst human rights record of any government official in Western Europe!) He took us into the world's worst planned war since Vietnam (but I'm not about to whine about him lying to the people - I don't really care, even if what he said was true, it was still a stupid idea and I never supported it[Yes, lets get rid of terrorism by killing lots of civilians; bombing their homes makes them support us! Yeehaw!])

Michael Howard - see above RE Home Secretaries.
For further details on Michael Howard's shocking approach to Human Rights note - recent policy on gypsies, immigration quotas, etc, etc, etc. The man is EVIL!!!

Private money in the private sector? Er...Schorely schome mischtake?

If you meant to say "private money in the public sector", you have not noticed that he's also put more public money into it than any other government, whether Labour or Tory, in history. That's not right wing.
