I Feel...Refreshed....

People say that anger is a negetive emotion, but I have just experienced a rather positive effect from it.

My bus ride home is interesting to say the least. There are three people in the back of the bus who do nothing but swear, talk shit about others, and act like complete nuisances. I've had a history with two of them, negetive histories, so I was pissed off with them to begin with. When they just wouldn't shut up, I completely lost it.

I could barely string together an inteligible sentence, but needless to say, I think I got my point across: STFU. They heckled me on the ride home, but that didn't bother me, since it seemed everyone else on the bus seemed to enjoy my outburst and agree with my sentiments. The driver even stated that they probably needed to hear that.

Let me tell you, I feel great! :D

I feel as though a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I don't care what people say about me tommorow, because it was something I NEEDED to do.

Anyone have a similar experience?

Good job! However, since I tend to bottle things up over long periods of time, I would've beaten the shit out of those guys. Well, not really. I would've assaulted them with a backpack full of books, which can do just enough damage in all the right places.

Hey, the way I see it is that they deserve it. If they get socked be me, they had it coming.

If they try to pull something like say I was threatening them, I have witnesses that will attest that I did not.

But the driver did suggest I move up to the front seats so I didn't have to deal with that shit anymore.

If you don't like dealing with it, you should move up to the front. But, if I was in your shoes, I would've wailed on those assholes. Or, I would've given them the coldest, most piercing stare possible. You know, freaking the shit out of people is as good as hitting them :D.

I didn't use the stare method, but I think I definately freaked them out! I was spewing out such gibberish they probably thought I was speaking in tongues, since one of them crossed himself!

Sounds good to me. I still prefer to really get to people. I mean, a cold, piercing, vacant stare can do wonders.

I actually did that once, in 1st Grade. This kid, David, wouldn't shut the fuck up, and he kept kicking the back of my seat. So, I did the stare, and he was laughing for about a minute and a half. Then, when he realised that I hadn't blinked even once, he started to feel a bit uneasy. Then I kept the stare on, and he said "just leave me alone...". I kept staring at him and he almost started crying!

I never sat in middle to back of the bus ever when I was in elementary and middle school because that's where the cool kids sat. I was definitely not a cool kid. Most of the time the other kids on the bus didn't know I existed.

Man, I always sat near the back, usually on the couch-style seat at the very back. All of the annoying kids sat near the front... I realised that in my first few bus rides. I never went to the front again.

An outburst with a good effect?

I remember my brother sad some bad things against me, I was even younger back then, so easily angered. I tried to kick him, but hit his flippo-map. I needed to pay him a new one plus I felt really bad... no that's a negative one.

There are the times were, when I was loosing a board game, I trew the board away... but then I needed to pick up all the pieces again... bad again...

Well the positive effect on a long term is that I'm really calm nowadays, ha!
