This man is so accomplished, the fact that he's blind is almost overshadowed. I was impressed just by all he's done. The blindness seems almost like icing on a very impressive cake.
I bet he fights crime at night.

If he was supposed to be diagnosing a rash on my skin or something, I might have a problem with it, but as an anesthesiologist, i don't think I'd mind.

With that list of accomplishments, it wouldn't surprise me at all.
I thought someone had started a thread about me, but then I saw the link and though, "I've never been to that site" sure enough it wasn't about me.
Kewl guy though, being blind, and still becoming a doctor, just shows that detirmination can keep one going. Not sure that I would be the most comfortable knowing he was working on me, but then again, if I was being cut open and the like, I wouldn't want anyone to do it in the first place.

I saw a commercial once where a blind man kept up his business as a carpenter and the guy once said, "I may have lost my sight, but I never lost my vision."
He may have no sight, but he has better vision than most of the rest of us put together.
