Actually I disagree with one of your facts. Number 23 states that the elephant is the only animal that can't jump. I'm not sure that's true. Try to picture a snail jumping.

It is from the black plague surely. When sneezing was one of the first symptoms of the plague, or illness in general. Bless you, meaning "I hope you don't die."

10) It is physically impossible for pigs to look up into the sky.

hmm.

11) The 'sixth sick sheik's sixth sheep's sick' is said to be the toughest tongue twister in the English language.

Some cool little facts in there. However:
4) The strongest muscle in the body is the tongue. That should be for its size, I'm sure. It also heals really quickly, but I don't have any stats on that, just observation.
16) What do bullet proof vests, fire escapes, windshield wipers and laser printers all have in common?

Ans. - All invented by women.Ehh, not that impressive a fact -- I'm sure there are indeed many things invented by women. This "fact" suggests that everything but those 4 were invented by men.
23) Elephants are the only animals that can't jump.See previous commentators. The only mammal that can't jump, perhaps, or the only land mammal that can't jump (sure dolphins can, but a manatee?)
25) On average, people fear spiders more than they do death.I strongly suspect that this is simply a case of manipulating survey information. When asked about their biggest phobias, most people probably won't jump straight to "Death", or even consider it a "phobia" at all. Ask people if they'd rather you dropped a spider on them or shot them in the head, I think most would go for the spider.
36) And finally 99% of people who read this will try to lick their elbow.Well, I don't want to be left out....

I'm pretty sure it was because it signalled the onset of disease, so saying bless you was like saying get better (with the lords health).

In German, it is gesundheit. Which I believe mean 'good health.' Same thing, wishing the person to get better after showing an obvious symptom for a propably terminal disease.

36) And finally 99% of people who read this will try to lick their elbow. While I did not on this occasion, I have been known to try, and I get much closer (within around 10mm, on a good day) to touching the [extreme point/tip of the] 'outside knob' of the elbow (which I assume you mean, given touching the inside of the elbow isn't difficult) by twisting the arm in the opposite direction to that which most people try... Someone with a slightly longer tongue (or a Martin Riggs-style dislocation of shoulder) might easily manage this...

Regarding the posture of the horse, whether it was originally a standard or not, I have correlated a significant number of statues to this fact, so it may have become a standard, though never universally applied.

Also, I can type 'antidisestablishmentarianism' with my left hand, though I suspect you mean "using 'best typing practice' method of hand placement..." :)
(I can also type Llanfairpwchgwynygychgogerychwyrndrbwllllantysiliogogogoch with my left hand, and just have done [despite the risks of an induced typo by doing so], but to announce the fact would be showing off... :)

As for the "things invented by women", it's true women have invented other things, the question (immediately answerd, of course) was looking for the commonality between them, not what was special about those four things amongst the whole of human invention. (Like "Q: What have 2, 5, 11 and 53 got in common?" "A: They are all primes". Doesn't disallow 3 being a prime.)
