long story short, there are 4 mystical tokens scattreed across the globe at the begining of time. each one was meant to hold back one of the 4 elemental titans, eath, fire, water, and thunder. if the tokens where disterubed from their designated spot, the titan would be unleashed and would reek havok on its own. now, all 4 are loose and the world is pretty well dead unless we gather the tokens together again and do... something with them. though what i'm not sure.

there are a few ways. the one i use most often is not exactly a technique, just something i happen to do. like i how i flew before the wing. that one cant be taught, however there is are a few other ways to go about it. there is a meditation that allows one to simply move in whichever way they wish. it takes some time to master however. the way i would recomend allows you to still use your wings. its a potion that, escentially, safgaurds your body from water. its how i was not soaked to a tooth last night.
