okay, okay! It looks good!
of course if I could choose any breakfast with eggs and meat, i'd go:
1)Rib-eye steak medium-rare (hehe), 3 eggs scrambled, white toast with butter/jam (or jelly), and hash browns
2)three-egg omelet with chunks of ham and lots and lots of cheddar cheese, white toast with butter/jam/jelly, and hash browns
3)A huge mound of corned beef hash covered with two or three scrambled eggs, served with toast.
Yes. :D
Sausage, wrapped with bacon and deep fried.

Um eww...Grits are basicaly just white cornmeal cooked up like oatmeal. Add butter, pepper and salt if you want something savory, or mix in butter and syrup if you want sweet. Skip the mustard greens (they arent for breakfast) and I dont know anyone who actualy eats turkey necks...save them for making soup stock. You can take or leave the pickled egg as you wish. You can buy instant grits in almost any grocery store, though they arent the best. Its best to find yourself a little down home-south of the border-family run dinner. The people there will feed you up right.
People, we are missing one obvious breakfast meat! Steak topped with an easy over egg. (Dippy eggs, as your mom might have called them when you were growing up)
Edit: you CAN fry grits, let your grits cool down and solidify, slice and fry, and you have what is almost a polenta.
