I'm planning on getting together tomorrow with some friends and playing some form of contact sport outdoors. Probably rugby. First time this year.

What makes it fun is that it's been raining almost non-stop for two days. :D

I love the rain, don't you?

I just wish it was a little warmer. I'm a bit of a pansy when it comes to the cold.

instead of a Regular ball... use a Nerf ball... it'll start off light... and as the mud soaks into it, gets heavier and heavier...

Good idea for football. I'll remember that. But for rugby, the nerf balls are a bit small.

Last weekend it was 79 degrees (in Georgia, thats like 90 degrees...friggin humidy) anyway....we filled up 200 water balloons and went outside and threw them at each other. My 6 year old is a damn good shot  ...ouch

Rugby is a quality game, I used to play fly half, second to Ice Hockey its one of the most intensive games I've ever played

Rain only makes sports that much more fun! Especially the running part--nothing like slipping in an ice cold puddle...

You'd feel right at home in those conditions, Mr. Mud Monster.
It's great fun sliding over the tryline from 20 feet out.
Not so great fun being at the bottom of a ruck though.
