Because it was pointless to have a vegetable alive, the woman couldnt do anything more than breath, could not think, and would certainly never get better. It was wrong to put her picture on the news let the people who knew her as a beautiful woman who she was before the coma. Now everyone has a bad impression of her looks and for those who say killing her was against gods will, it wasnt killing her, it was letting her die. Thats what I would want in a situation like that. What about you.
Even Terri's brother (who put up awful arguments) said he wanted Terri to live but in that exact situation would want himself to have the feeding tube removed.

I agree it is good that she is dead, not only beacause I feel that if that is what her husband, someone that knows her better than anyone else had said she would have wanted, but because it put an end to her suffering, and it sparked a good old political debate.

She was living artificially, there is no JOY, there is no HAPPINESS, there is no USE in living when you can't actually LIVE. Nothing about letting her die is "messed up", and it's not "murder". If God wanted her to live like she was meant to live (as in, not artificially), she would have gotten better. There was nothing cowardly about it.
