Ignorant knee jerk reaction is still bad enough, and what his lawyer said is usually true, just not in that type of situation, most people who draw a gun never intend to use it, merely brandishing it is usually enough, if stuff keeps happening then they inend to use it.

I might be some bleeding heart liberal but I don't think you should be pulling out a gun if you don't intend to use it. How do you shoot a young girl like that? You don't deserve to be a part of my world if you're going to do something that. It's so sad.
