My Two Cents

OK, I just want to get this off my back. The debate on abortion will never come to a close. It will never be resolved. It is merely because it is all one's personal opinion.

It is a fact that, living, breathing, people die in a war. Or living, breathing people cross the border. No matter how much research is done, no matter who says what, if you believe that life begins at conception, then life begins at conception. If you believe life begins when the baby is birthed, then life begins when thy smack that babies ass. It is all personal opinon and this abortion issue will just keep going around in circles. An anti-abortion person cannot tell someone contemplating abortion that they would be killing a human being if the perosn contemplating abortion believes that the child isn't alive till it comes out. It's like saying,"apple pie is better than pumpkin pie"

Also, after i just finished that rave about abortion, i want to tell everyone to shut the hell up! If you are in favor of the choice of abortion or if you against it, OPEN YOU EYES. While we are worrying about this debate, people who are walking around our countries and neighborhoods are dying of hunger and thrist, as well as not having a roof over their head. You have no right to argue if a woman is gonna have her kid or not if you turn your back to the people who have been needing you for decades. So shut up about abortion unless you yell and scream about the basic necessities of those who have already been born. Pro-Abortion, Anti-Abortion SHUT UP

In regards to Terri Shiavo, what the fuck is the debate about? The courts determined that Terri did not want to be sustained artifically. Terri said it herself. She did not want to stay alive. That is why pulling the plug was justified. Now if the courts ruled that Terri Shiavo wanted to stay alive as long as possible yet her husband wanted to pull the plug, ethically you could not pull the plug on the wishes of Terri. It's her decison. Not any other person. Her husband was just helping her fullfill her wish. He would have insisted that the feeding tube stay in if Terri had wanted it to. Because Terri wanted the plug pulled, I was for it. If Terri did not want it pulled, I would have supported leaving the tube in as long as needed.

OK, in regard to border issues. EVERYBODY SHUT UP. First of all, they should enter the country legally. However, if there is no time to do it legally and their family needs the money to survive. Of course they should come over. Wouldn't you? By stoping them from coming over, you make poverty worse in Mexico, thus increasing the problem. Secondly, why not stop them coming over in the first place? When you send them back to Mexico all they do is come back over the next day. Support an organization like Just Coffee, you pay a little extra for coffee but it helps about 30 Mexican families keep their land and stay in Mexico. By buying products that exploit their employees, you further the problem. Also, SHUT UP ABOUT THEM TAKING OUR JOBS. No American person wants to pick tomatoes in the California or Florida sun for 15 hours a day for pennies. The mexican workers are happy to do that job and they do it well. PLUS, without the illegal Mexican workign force, our economy would collapse.

Now the Pope, The Pope was pretty kick ass. He apologized to the Jews. He help mend some Islam-Christian relations. He also was a good leader to the young people in the world. He was pretty passionate about human rights and peace and justice. However, he focused to much on abortion and brith control. Those two things are the least important issues this world faces right now. Im not saying a disagreed with his stance, but he needed to get his priorities straight. Ok, now homosexuality. What the fuck? Do you know who your savior was? Jesus was so kick-ass. He fought for the rights of all and looked at everyone with equal eyes. He chilled with the loathed tax collectors and turned the other cheek when they were ripping out his beard. Do you really think Jesus would discriminate against someone who was homosexual? Jesus would be at the gay's house before anyone elses. Jesus fought for the little guy and stuck it to the man. What ever happened to "we are all God's children."? Jesus welcomes everyone, no matter who or what they believed. Jesus would never discriminate over someone who was homosexual. So Pope, you failed there. But i think you were definitly one of the better popes.

Lastly, the Arizona Diamondbacks will win the National League west. Before you argue with me on this issue, just take a look at our rotation and lineup. MOS DEPTH

1) most of the workers entering illeagally are little more than slaves to the people who helped them over.

2) the money they earn is sent back to where ever they come from... thus won't help our economy at all. Stop the Illeagal Employees and their economy will collapse.

3) they may be working for pennies (see slave labor) but there are people without jobs... period. sitting out in the streets because they have no homes... why not offer them the jobs first?

4) why have borders in the first place... try security.

5) send em back and they keep coming back? true... I'm for shooting them as spies... therefore, it sends a message... sneak in, get caught, Die! and those who help them get in... Traitors... all their possessions are confiscated and they are put to death. simple.

6) and who says the only job is out in the field... *cough*Walmart*cough* I'm sure there are alot of people willing to work for Walmart.

Cremerica...all I can say is "wow"...

I do agree with you on many points. Of course, there are minor issues where our opinions do differ, but, overall, I find myself agreeing with you. You were very brash in your rant, but, you did get your point across without any infantile tactics.

1) I agree

2) Actually, the us economy would collapse, since it relies on such things. Try to have every single illegal immigrant be replaced by minimum wages. Plus, companies don't have to pay benefits to them and such.

3) It doesn't work that way. Some people are too damn lazy and think that asking for money or welfare is enough.

4) Yes, try borders. Let's not forget the fact that covering the entire US mexican will only raise military costs and make them even more desperate, creating probably a chaotic reaction similiar to the Berlin Wall.

5) Yeah? Well, political power doesn't work that way. Shooting illegal immigrants doesn't give the US good reputations, even if they are illegal. Plus, human rights activists everywhere would be on your ass. Also, for traitors, China tried that and what did they get? A collapse export economy.

6) I agree.

1) Yes, the economy would shift, but still, it would be a recognizable blow.

2) I know I used the word 'Some'. That's why it's in italics.

3) OVerpopulation is already on its way. Plus, I never said open the border up completely.

4) I said it's not good to shoot them. You're implying that I said that every illegal immigrant shouldn't be kicked out. There are exceptions when things get hazy, but nothing is hazy with Mexican and American relations.

1) Yes, which is why there should be no concept of illegal entry. If people wish to move, let the move. They cannot be exploited if they are granted the same exact rights as a US citizen.

2) In the longer term, it benefits the rich nations. Why? Well, because a lot of people prefer to migrate, earn some money, and go home. Sounds like they're just taking 'our' money, right? Wrong. They go home, they invest it, they can buy more, and they make their locality richer. Which means in the middle-to-long-term better conditions for them, and in the long-to-very-long-term, more productivity in all spheres from them. Which means more for us.

3) They can go and ask for the jobs if they want it.

4) That would be a no. Borders have hardly any effect on security unless they are, frankly, militarized.

5) I don't like flaming, but you're a moron.

6) Has what to do with what?

1) Yes, which is why there should be no concept of illegal entry. If people wish to move, let the move. They cannot be exploited if they are granted the same exact rights as a US citizen.then if every person in the world is a US citizen protected by the rights of a US citizen, then they should bear the responsibilities also... pay taxes to the US government, Obey the Laws laid down by the Federal Government... somehow, I don't think the other countries will like that...

2) In the longer term, it benefits the rich nations. Why? Well, because a lot of people prefer to migrate, earn some money, and go home. Sounds like they're just taking 'our' money, right? Wrong. Which means in the middle-to-long-term better conditions for them, and in the long-to-very-long-term, more productivity in all spheres from them. Which means more for us. wrong... the average Illeagal Immergrant has no money to invest... they use the money they receive (Minus the... what 75% to the people who 'smuggled' him in) to send back to their families. if they had money and became richer, they wouldn't keep sneaking in.
3) They can go and ask for the jobs if they want it.but those jobs are suddenly taken by... Illeagal Aliens...
4) That would be a no. Borders have hardly any effect on security unless they are, frankly, militarized. but opening them up is the same as taking the doors off of your home/apartment. I don't see many people doing that...
5) I don't like flaming, but you're a moron.that's COLD moron... thanks for the Flaming... I'm warmer now! :D

6) Has what to do with what?assuming the walmart crack... it's a myth that the ONLY jobs these Illegal Immigrants take are agricultrual Field work. in fact, most of them are rather decent jobs.

So long as someone is faithful, I can't see why Jesus would care a whole lot about who they happen to find smeckzy. define Faith w/o living according to faith?

Of course I read the Bible. Of course Jesus would not fornicate with a gay person, nor would he try to convince him to change his lifestyle. All i am saying is that regardless of who the person is, or what they believe, jesus would recognize them as a child of God and welcome them in.
