That show is pretty cool. I like that after they more or less 'bust' the myth they keep going to see what it would take to make it true. Even moreso if it might involve breaking something big or an explosion.
And the died red head builder chick is cool...

Yep, pretty much.
The first time I saw the show was the rocket engine on the car. I kept trying to explain the show to people and they'd go "I heard about that." and I'd have to be all, "No, they re-did..or, I mean, really did it-" "Yeah, that story's been around..." "I know-that was the-"
and around and around until they finally saw the show itself..."Oh...."
I shouldn't try to explain stuff baked...

Now last week espisode, the build team shocked Adam with a cow prod battery, that was horrible. But, Adam did post on the MythBusters forum that he is alright.

SBS started playing it free to air before Xmas over here, and after a couple of episodes, I was hooked. A well-rounded understanding of science makes a bloke damn sexy IMO...in fact science full stop is sexy.
I get so involved in these bloody forums that I forget it's on! :D
I loved the one where they got that 80's Corvette that had rotten pig carcasses in it. Adam gagged when he got in the car!

I loved the episode where they tried to bust the myth of the microwaved cup of water spontaneously exploding and burning the person holding the cup.
Turns out, it's true that when you microwave distilled water, it superheats without boiling. Only then, when you add an impurity (like a spoon or a mouth) to the water, it boils instantly, and practically explodes.
"Myth...err... true!"
