There is no such thing as a Department of Homeworld Security and hopefully there never will be because if there was that would be indication that we have a world government and I have a hard time thinking of something more disgusting in my views as an American. I am a big supporter of national sovereignty and I also believe that the U.N. is a large disgusting blot on the face of human history. I just wanted to pop in and tell you all that when I tried to get into Nationstates, I was presented with a Homeland Security advisory, claiming this site was shut off as it violates certain articles of the Patriot Act. As an American, I completely believed this to be an action of Bush's Administration but when I looked further down the page, I realized it was a clever joke by Nationstates. I would like to thank them for making me feel like a fool for several minutes and would also like to congratulate them on such an excellent prank. Btw, I forgot it was April 1st. ;)

This is not right, under the 1st ammendment we are allowed, to have freedom of speech. We are also given by the constituion the right to criticize them. If we can not do either, then the freedoms in which they say we are opposing, are shutting themselves down. It's are rights in the balance, if we dont take a stand against this, then who will.
