I'm praying this is the right forum for this, as I don't think I could post it in National Incidents. I'm a new player looking to get involved in the RP and occasional conflict in the internation incidents area. I've figured out that there seem to be certain groups involved in this, but which groups, what rules, and which calculators they're using.
I checked the International Incidents FAQ and got some great pointers, but still can't figure out how one starts the whole process. Any Suggestions?
