The White House today signed into law a bill that means that George Bush will be allowed to remain as US President, despite having been in a persisten vegetative state for the past four years.
"The only way he remains President is because his staff drip-feed him just enough informaton to make him appear cognitive" said one worried doctor, "but we've been monitoring him this whole time and there's been no sign of any brain activity whatsover."
