I saw Sneakers, it was a great movie but there is one thing I don't get, why did the dog suddenly walk off the table when the designer spoke?

14 Wide, Steel Shanked, melded leather from Tread Safe. That baby deflected nails, tires and glass like nothing for 2 years. Only $20 too from Wal-mart.

What is your preference of Sneakers? (poll to come)I hate to say this, because I don't the company's business practices, but I'm gonna have to go with Nike. They tend to feel the most comfortable - some of the other brands squeeze my feet in weird areas.
But really? I only wear sneakers to go to the gym. Otherwise, my shoes tend to be smaller/dressier - today, for instance, I'm wearing gold leather ballet flats.

I'm not sure if my shoes even have a brand. They're brown and comfortable. That works for me :)
I'm fairly fond of the Ecco Receptor line.

I'm suprised no one's mentioned my brand of choice yet since they are very popular. I sport the chucks. Converse. All Stars. I have 4 different pairs right now. When it rains though I put on Vans.

Riders are what I 'm wearing at the moment. I will not pay more than 40 bucks for anything to wear on my feet. So others rules.
I like Adidas and Sketchers.

Skate shoes are by far the comfiest on the planet. I can't think of another shoe that feels like strapping a light weight couch cushion to your feet.
I currently have Circa, Lopez's in black/neon Pink, a pair of Globe, Chet IV's in tan, and a pair of Lakai's in olive green.
Of course I have other shoes, but these are my faves. Even if two of the pairs are old and shoddy looking - they still feel as comfortable as they did right out of the box. :)

yea skate shoes are great, and if you dont skate them they last forever. I have a pair of Vans i dont skate just because they last so long if i dont

I know!! Since I stopped skating I get sooo much more life out of my shoes and my (relatively) unbeaten body :)
i still skate a bit (well, not as much as i used to), and even with a small amount of skating it kills my shoes.
Now that i cant afford to be buying a new pair of shoes and a new deck every two months, my skating has really dwindled...
