well, you've probably seen my threads asking for resources for my Smith vs. Marx paper, and i've compiled about 6 pages so far.

the paper is a diologue of Smith and Marx, and the teacher wants us to use as many of their ideas and direct quotes as possible, to keep the diologue as true to character as possible.

thus, most of it is direct quotation from their books. (the part with me asking Marx questions is directly from the part in the manifesto where Marx puts forth rhetorical questions to himself and then answers them)

what i have here is two pages of Marx explaining his views, then two pages of Smith explaining his views, and the last 2-3 pages is going to be them at a head-to-head.

before i proceed, however, i would like to know from you guys (some of who are probably in college or beyond) how accurate i am in their views.

if i got some of Smith's ideas a bit off, it's better to know now than after i write the next bit.

i'm not exactly sure why everything that has an apostrophe turns into something that looks like an asian character, but there aren't that many of them.

i'm also considering switching the order of them, so that Smith goes first, but *shrug* whatever

[edit:] and yes, my name is Greg

Ideology and economics aside, Smith is pretty wordy; did you mean to make Marx more succinct and Smith elaborate more?
