You do realize that if he was the CEO of any major company and a comparable scenario had happened on his watch he would have been shoved out on his ass and you would have been cheering at getting his just comeuppance. Because he's part of your precious UN you sit there bitching about how he's innocent. And btw, the report doesn't actually exonorate him, it just says there's insufficient evidence to say that he had direct involvement. That in no way means he didn't know about, and/or condone it.
