Venezuela Gets Ready For Civil War

No civil war will break out. Chavez will purge the military of these guys if they do become rebellious.

I don't know his power base is not that stong, the poor love him but the middle class and upper class dispise him, not to mention there is a strong oposition and anti chavez press, i think its quite likely ill read the article properly now but, considering the U.S would probally support the rebel's it may only be a matter of time.
Not to mention theres oil there.

However, Chavez may have outside help. Brasillia loves him, especially with Lula around. They may back Chavez if push comes to shove. Cuba would definitly do so, but they won't have the pull Brazil has.
